The World According to Covid

Covid hit hard in 2020 and the world has not been the same. Just recently our corner has started to reopen and many people are unsure of how to adjust to being around people again whether it is social or work-related activities.

Take it slow - Do not expect the awkwardness to just disappear. Ease into the surroundings and be aware of others feelings. It will all come back to you - just remember we are all trying to figure this out together.

Fear - People report a lot more fear than they used to have, including an increased fear of illness. It is still prudent to wash hands and keep some distance but it is a good idea to shake hands and hug again if the feeling strikes. Again, as time moves forward all the behaviors will come back as to what is considered normal as before.

Get help - If you feel your concerns are holding you back from engaging as you would like, we are here to help. We are trained in ways to help ease you back into the life that you were accustomed to and familiar with prior to the pandemic.
